I emailed them and this was the response I received:

I should immediately takes steps?!?!?!?! I want my money back! And i'm being told no. I threatened to file a suit with the law authorities and have not received a response. I talked to someone last night who had this happen and she was able to get her money back but not until the threatened legal action. If anyone wants any justice - i guess that's what needs to be done.
