I was online applying for a payday loan is the only time I figured this could have happened. I don't remember ever seeing the page for this company let alone supplying them my banking information. This company Everprivate card tried to debit my primary checking account 3 times for $49.95 for something I know I never approved. I do not give out my checking account information over the internet especially trying to get a credit or debit card. I already have both so why would I pay for one. My bank has charged me $105 for these unauthorized debits, I cannot afford to pay thismoney back especially since I did not authorize the transaction..

I called my bank and she told me she would stop the debits coming from that particular company but I still would be responsible for the fees unless I proved it was fraud. She then gave me a check fraud number to call and report this company which I did. I am also reporting them to BBB and Consumers Affairs because I very upset. I haet when people try and take advantage of peolpe or steal and they know exactly what they are doing, then they try and make you look like you are the confused and crazy one..

I know exactly who has access to take money from my account and that is no one this is why I know I did not authorize this transaction. Be careful, this is a cruel world and they do not care who they steal from.
