Fraudulent debit from my checking account ripoff

I logged into my bank account (checking) March 27 and there was a debit from INTERNET LOGOS LLC, LEARY, GA in the amount of $12.95. I never heard of this company and have no idea how they got my DEBIT CARD number! I did a search online and found this site and noticed I am not the only one but am very concerned because this was NOT A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION, THIS WAS MY DEBIT CARD WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I'm trying to figure out how this could happen.
