Fraudulently billed my bank card!

I logged into my online checking account the evening of 4/2/07 and saw a charge that cleared on 3/31/07. It was in the amount of $12.95 from Success Logos LLC. I have never heard of the company, nor do I recall making any kind of purchase from them.

I searched for the company name online and the only thing I came up with was an internet forum where several members had the same thing happen over the last month. They were all charged $12.95 for something they did not purchase.

I phoned my bank the next day (4/3/07) and they told me that it was my debit card that was charged and any charge under $25 cannot be disputed. How convenient. I was able to get the company's phone number and location, but nothing else.

I called Success Logos on 4/3/07 and immediately got a recording that "All operators are busy" and it said to leave a message or else email them. I did both and have not yet received a response.

Every time I call the number I get the exact same message. I even sent another email today (4/4/07) and have decided to file several online complaints with everyone that I can think of.
