Avoid This Company At All Costs company is a rip off, they take your money and you never hear from them again, they don't return any calls. Smi Valley

One night while I was online, I came across this website. Since it said you can cancel at any time, I thought I would give it a try. I called and ordered the package. Then I thought about it, and realized I didn't have the time or money to do this.

Immediately I called back, within 10 minutes of the first call. She said she cancelled it, and everything was fine. A couple of weeks passed, and I got the package in the mail. I called and told them that I immeditatey cancelled. He said he saw that in the notes and apologized. He told me to send it back. Which I did. I went to the post office and sent in certified. He also told me to contact a different department, which I did, and to fax them a letter of what happened and that would be the end of it.

I sent the certified letter approx 7-8 months ago, and never heard anything from them again. The, again, it started.in July I got a threatening letter from OSI, their collection agency. I explained what happened to her, she didn't care, she just wanted the money. I told her i never used it, i shipped back the package unopened, still nothing. She told me to find the receipt and send it to her. After all this time, I don't know where the receipt is! I even checked with the post office to see if they had a duplicate. They don't.

Now I am being told to send in $479.40 NOW. All of these years I've maintained perfect credit, but because of what they have done, my interest rates went from0% or 1.99% to 29.99% This is the most rediculous thing I've ever seen in mylife. And I dont appeciate they way they spoke to me. I refuse to pay this bill b/c I never used the product, it was over a year ago, and I cancelled within 10 minutes.
