Refused to cancel Ripoff

When January of 07 came I realized I could not afford to be in the business at this moment in my life. I called customer service and explained I had insufficient funds in my account and would not be able to be an ibo right now. The rep. Explained that I needed to call 2 days ahead of time to cancel my account and that she would put my statement of wanting to be canceled into the computer and that I needed to call my bank. My husband called the bank and explained the situation and they said I needed to call the rep. Back to make sure she understood that I called the bank and that I would be canceling my account with them. She irritabley responded "fine." Two days later I went to check my account on line and I was 250 dollars in debt. So I called the # on the Deposit information and it ended up being the broker office. I explained to the gentleman that I called two days ahead of time and wanted to know what happened. He explained that I had to go through this tedious cancelation process and that the rep. Did not do her job. He then transferred my call back to the customer service and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor and she explained that the rep. I spoke to should have helped me through the cancelation process so this would not have had to happen. She then told me that she would handle it and to email her my reasoning for not wanting to be an ibo and she would take care of it that day. Today I received an email from my friend who signed me up and he explained all I had to do is email this address stop@stopmembership.com, I did what he told me to and thought why was this so hard. So I went under the ibosupport.com and logged in, they still had not canceled my account. Thankfully my bank is fighting to get the, now, 350 dollars they owe me and notified me to let me know that they would not let AmeriPlan take anymore of my money out and they were filed under fraud in there system. This should warn anyone at my bank that tries to make the same mistake as I did. I am posting this message to let people know that this so called "tedious cancelation process" is just simply you emailing stop@stopmembership.com. Of course I'm not sure they have canceled my account yet since it has only been a couple of hours. But to anyone that reads this you should also know that I did call 2 days ahead of time and that still did not stop them from taking the money out. They do not tell you everything.
