Ameriplanusa They debited my checking acct without my authorization, I asked then to credit my acct they have not responded to my emails. Ripoff

I received a email that shows that Ameriplanusa charged my checking account $29.95 on the email it said if you did not authorize this registration but would like to cancel. Please clinc here for instructions on canceling your registration and authoizations. So I did that I emailed then every day for a week straight, I also called spoke to 3 rude customer service reps that told me they never recieved my emails and that I needed to write a letter. Or to go to the web site at stop@stopmembership.com, so I did that I emailed them about 10 times no response to my emails.

I called ameriplanusa again they said they still have not recieved my emails. I called my bank i explained the sitution they are charging me $20.00 stop payment fee. They said I need to contact the company to get my $20.00 back. I explained the sitution to my bank they said sorry there is nothing yjey can do for yme that it is my problem. That is wrong for the bank to do that. I want my full credit of $29.95 back.
