Sent me a phony paper for $10,000 credit limit if i pay $37 and i knew it was fake so i investigated it ripoff

This company sent me a letter saying i was approved for a 10, ooo dollar credit card if i sen tthem 37 dollars as a fee. I figured it was a scam because the paper they sent me was too plain and there for i investigated them myself through google. Their website looks fake too.
