Claudio Villa contractor ripoff he was to put black top on my driveway but instead of hot black top he put down cold blacktop which is use for temp work now my driveway is getting soft

He is a crook he was soposed to put hot blacktop on my driveway and he thought he could get away by puting on cold blacktop which he only pays $20.00 a ton instead of $40.00 a ton for hot blacktop. Cold blacktop is use only for temp. Work on highway during the winter. Now my driveway is getting soft by the sun and is sinking i pay him good money and i call him twice and he won't come to take care of the matter.
