Ripoff. Takes your money and does shoddy work

They were supposed to pave and seal driveway with 3 inches of blacktop. They put on less than an inch and did not seal.
They refuse to return and correct the problem even though they claim all work guaranteed and I have a 3-year guarantee.
They tried to claim I didn't pay (they must have forgotten I used a charge card and had receipt & proof). When I told them that I had proof, they refused to come out or return my calls.
So please do not use these con-artists and definitely don't pay them cash!!
