Inc Ripped off by Fastauction using EBay name! Ripoff

I requested an informational CD (to learn how to effectively use EBay) that was supposed to cost nothing but $1.95 on 12/15/06 from fastauction.com thru EBay. At that time my credit card was charged a fee of $1.97. Then I was charged an additional $49.95 on my credit card on 12/29/06. I called the phone number and it is not a working phone number. I cannot find any information on the itnernet regarding this company. I did receive a CD of some sort but it was broken and the return address is not valid. Now I can't find them.

They need to be stopped!
