Ripped me off for $50.00 thru Ebay by making an offer of a free info c.D. That only cost $1.95 to send. Then charged my account almost $50.00 St. George Utah

I requested an informational cd that was supposed to cost nothing but $1.95 from fastauction.com thru Ebay.
Then I was charged almost $50.00.
That in turn caused my bank account to be overdrawn unexpectedly.
Now I cant find them.
I hold Ebay accountable because I trusted their name.
