Fast auction's phone is not a real number or disconnected. They took out 49.99 from my checking account. I'm getting the law involved in this tomorrow

I checked my checking account today where I use my debit card, there was several items from web pages I've never been to. Auction fast had taken out 49.99. I called my bank and will be getting the law involved in this. I have no idea how they got my info from, I'm only on Ebay and pogo and that is it. This is going to stop if I have anything to do with it.
