Ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees

CCB charges unreasonable late fees, overlimit fees. I was laid off for 8 months, tried to work payment plan with CCB, however, when they receive a payment, the very next day, start harassing you for the next payment! My house receives between 2-4 calls daily, if i'm not at home.

Credit card is maxed out and they charge overlimit fees after a late fee is charged! Is that not against the law. How can you be over the limit if you have not used the card? Unfair practices, but I've got something for the company, and it's all legal.
