Cross Country Bank ripoff deceptive billing tactics

I am glad I'm not the only one here. I thought I was going crazy. Two years ago I applied for this card and was given a $350 limit. I think I might have made two or three charges on the card nothing close to my limit. I didn't receive my first statement for over two months.

When I did receive my bill they had charged me for I don't know how many fees for different stuff which put me over the limit. They did that without my consent or authorization and then had the balls to charge me for two months worth of over limit and late fees.

My account balance at that point was close to $500 dollars! I called them to tell them that I did not ask for these charges and that they were late in getting me a statement. The service rep. Was anything but helpful all they were concerned about was getting a payment from me. I tried for a while to pay this down but I never could seem to reduce the balance.

I paid them over the next year or so over $800 dollars. After a while I just couldn't keep up with it. I came to the conclusion that these guys are nothing but thieves hide behind a credit card company.

I have stopped all contact with them. They would call my house night and day. And when I would talk to them they were rude and disrespectful. I would really like to know if they're is a class action lawsuit against them.
