Lease Finance Group Has Horribly Deceived Me-Ripped Me Off - And Threw Me Away

I changed over to company MSI who told me that if I switched to them they would save me money. I already had my merchant machine so they recommended that I use a pin-pad.

Well I switched and recieved 2 pin pads and a credit card manual swiper.

The first statement I got showed I was paying more money and that they told me was false. I fought it and eventually they let me out of my contract with them. I didn't have to pay a fee to stop service because I proved false misrepresentation.

The trouble began here. I asked what to do with the equippment and they told me to contact Lease Finance Group. And I did. I told them I was switching back to my old company they said thats ok! It is universal can be used with any machine just have my company recalibrate it.

I switched back to my original merchant company and was told I could not use that pin pad it is a different calibration and can not be changed. I could buya pin pad from them for $400.00 dollars.

So I called Lease Finace Group and let them know I can not use this pin pad. The company that signed me up with them let me out of the contract for free because after investigating I was falsely led on. Also I can not use the pad with my machine which I was told by them I could.

Lease Finance group told me to fax them a report but to read the fine print of the contract it states under no circumstace do we cancel a contract. I asked how much for me to just pay and get out. They gave me a figure of approx.$4,500.00 I cried.

I faxed my report several times never heard back from anyone. So I wait. Nothing! I call one day and spoke to someone who called herself MRS. Smith. She yelled at me. Treated me with such tremendous disrespect and tried to tell me there is absolutely no way out. And I was told they never received any faxes!

So there I am paying a fortune for a pinpad I cant even use.

My business was robbed in Oct. 2005. I no longer have my business as of November. Iv'e been having financial difficulties and they call all day everyday.

I also found out that when they talk to a customer they make notes in thier computer and they have me down as rude and hanging up on them. Never once has that happened. If anything I cry because of the complete mistreatment.

This has been a emotional hardship on me.intersting. I have a document showing I had my own machine and all I was renting is a pin-pad. They have me down as renting a machine. Im scared.

I told them that all I recieved was 2 pin-pads and manual card slider if the power was to go out.

Have I been paying for a machine I dont have all this time? When I return the equippment are they going to accuse me of having a machine?

The company MSI knew I has been misled and terminated the contract graciously however Lease Finance Group who the equippment is from has thrown me away. They do not care about people all they want is money. To any extreme.
