We had a Credit card machine and our contract ended, we call NPMG P.O. Box 3429 Thousand Oaks, CA 91359,1-800-324-9825, We are a very small business so I made sure to cover all the bases with this company after seeing how they have ripped off so many people, I Called to to tell them that we would not be renewing a contract with them and I was told we had to sign a Close Merchant Account Request From, it had to be there form of course,

Well I called on January 27 and I told them they did not have approvel to take any more money out of our account, I was told I was going to get the form by fax that never happened I called back again and still did not get the form, well I returned the Credit card machine back to Lease Finance Group. LLC 132 West 31 First Street 13 Floor Ny Ny 10001 and they did get the machine we got a delivery confirmation. Well they are still taking money out of our account, Lease Finance & Merchant Services, this is Fraud and something needs to be done ASAP.
