Lady Of America is a scam!!! The company is misleading and dishonest. I was told one thing and when i gave my credit card information, i was double billed and i am still waiting for a refund, i only gave them my american express to have on file and i paid the enrollment fee cash (of course they turned around and charged my credit card for another $300, which occured durring the holidays).

When i tried to cancel my membership, the company told me that i was binded by my 3 year contract and that there was nothing i could do to cancel... Even though i was double billed, the hours were suddenly changed (so i paid $50.00 a month for 30 mins a day, four days out of the week), and i was misinformed when i signed up with Diane Guzmone, who told me that i could cancel at anytime (even though the contract said differently).

When i told the company that i no longer wanted to be a member they told me "too bad" and that i still had to pay them or they were going to send me to a collection agency. However when i went to enroll everyone was so helpful and nice... And assured me that they were here to help me and now that i want to cancel i am being avoided by the companies corporation and no one will return my calls. Basically they just want my money and could care less about my well being (or fitness).

So beware of Lady Of America (Gym), IT IS A RIPOFF!
