Capital first called me and wanted to know if I would be interested in recieving a credit card, and for a one time low application fee of $29.95 that would be withdrawn from my checking account, I would recieve my mastercard. Along with that I was supposed to recieve a free trial of their membership benefits.

I read through the packet that they sent and I was aware of the $99.00 annual fee, but what they failed to tell me was that the mastercard that I was supposed to recieve was actually an application for a mastercard, and I would be billed within 7 days of recieving my benefits package $59.00 for that and the $99.00 annual fee.

After they have already taken the $29.95 out of my account. They said it would be billed to the card when in reality they want to take it out of my checking account. I have tried twice today to call and cancel my account and both times was told a representative would call me back before the end of business central time. I live in pacific standard time.

I have not recieved any calls back, and found it to be rather odd that they would not talk to me but rather have someone call me back... After reading this report (this is the one that came up when I tried to pull the company up online) THE WAR IS ON!!!
