Took my money, debit my checking, never got the master card ripoff

I enrolled in their website for a *Mastercard credit card to help build my credit.
My checking account was billed.
They also debit my account (billed me) for phone line (about $9.99 monthly) more than once.
When I called several Times, It took me more than 30 minutes each time to reach anyone in platinum group.
Wrote several letters.

They blame me for not receiving the card in the mail.
Filled all the forms sent me.
Finally, I was told. No refund is due me.
This card they they sent was never activated or used. I was told.
But No refund or charge back to all they took, or debited from my checking account.

I tried several times to COMPLAINT to *MASTERCARD* they promised someone will call back about this.
Never receive any call from mastercard*
It is very sad how Mastercard* (tm) allows this * PLatinum Benefits Group* in clearwater, Florida, to drag their name to the mud.
