Ripoff, fraudulent, rude, missrepresentation, consumer fraud ripoff false promises tricked & lied to us

This company told me that they offered a Credit card with a $2500 limit and no APR. They told me it was a "Non secured card". I was also told that when my package arrived I would have 7 days to cancel and if I did my account would not be charged.

Two days after the package arrived I realized that I had to deposit $2500 in order to have $2500 credit. I called to cancel and was told that it was too late. When I explained that I had just received the package two days before they said..."tough... That it was not their fault. When I complained that they had told me it was a non-secured card... They claimed it was because that is the way they report it to credit agencies.

They refused to give me the $59.95 they deducted from my account but said if I sent the package back... That after they received it they would credit the $99.95 they deducted from my account within 14 days later.

Because they deducted this money out of my account I was over drawn and have to pay $30 twice to my bank. This company is a total fraud and I am going to find anybody and everybody I can to report them to. I highly suggest you do the same!

My bank told me that the other day this same company ripped off an old woman. These people are total slime!!!
