Deceptive sales practice, No way out of order ripoff

I ordered the "free" book and CD at the Igothere.com web sit with the understanding that there would be $3.95 shipping and handling fee, and provided the requested credit card information.instead of completing the order, hitting enter brought me to a questionnaire and an online chat with a salesperson. I made it very clear that I had no interest in buying anything, and that I only wanted the free items that I had ordered. I answered the questionnaire in such a way to clearly indicate that I had no interest whatsoever in further participation or orders.

I received material that was not only unsolicited, but that I specifically stated I did not want.

Once the "free" items are ordered, there is no way out of the web site, and no way to cancel. They have your credit card information, and they are essentially a glorified phishing site with the sole purpose of obtaining your credit card information.
