Did not deliver registration papers according to the contract

Peggy Williams sold me a 10 week old bullmastiff puppy back in July for $1500.00 with full registration. She said she had'nt received the papers from AKC yet but when she does, she will send them to me.

This puppy developed a undescended testicle at 4 months and we went back to Peggy for alternatives. She was willing to replace him with another "show" male puppy.

We decided to keep him due to the fact that my kids were already attatched. Peggy said she would give us a discount on another "show" male for $1000.00 (instead of $1800.00, asking price for this puppy).

I ask Peggy if she had got the papers for the first puppy yet and she said " no, but AKC said that they should be here any time now".

We trusted that she was having problems with the AKC and we purchased the second pup, under the same type of contract (full registration). We now have two puppies on full registration contract, with out any papers to this day.

I tried to contact her many times by phone and email, i succeded 3 times by phone getting the same excuse "i still have'nt got the papers from AKC yet".

I emailed her on 9/27/06 and suprisingly she replied and said that she still intend on sending me the papers for both puppies. It has been 13 months for the first pup and 9 months for the second pup.
