Stinks big time Untrustworthy, Unreliable & Totally Dishonest No customer service ripoff

Last March after 7 months of Chemotherapy, I found Register.com on line. The promise was to get my site (2 years in the making) on line for a fixed amount of money. Paying upfront gave a discount. It was a hardship (having not worked in 7 months of treatment) but I did it.

I was assured that in about a month I would be receiving hits. Nothing, and more nothing. I kept calling with no help at all. Then finally I got a person who said "Oh you want hits. Well that will be another fee" I told him that I was told there was just the first fee. Do I want traffic? That is why I paid the fee. "Oh no" say's he emphatically, you paid to join or some such nonsense and double talk, "you must have gotten a new person who did not know what they are talking about.

Since then, I have written several letters, spoke to Sandy Ross a seeming executive and a man name Peter who is also supposed to be an executive. I have poured out my story at least 10 times in e-mails, snail mail letters and via phone. Still Nothing.

It seems that at the onset, I was given lies and more lies. I was never told that it cost again and must be paid to get traffic. I have asked for my money back, spoke to about 5 different people at Register.com and always am told I will be called. NOTHING HAS TRANSPIRED AT ALL.

This is so sad as I have a wonderful business that can work if I had only not been pulled in by this hoax of a company. I am seeking other ways and means.
