Charges of $95.00 for a register letters mistreated and ripped off

I have been an OCWEN Finance Services customer for the past 10 years to present.

I run behind one payment in the month of March. When I realize I was getting these charges of $95.00 because of a register letter (s) to let me know I was late with my payment plus $27.00 dollars for been late I try different ways of communicating with Ocwen to dispute this charges all I been getting is silence. Ocwen is charging $95.00 dollars for a register letter (s) plus charging late fees I due understand charging late fees but $95.00 dollar for that so call register letter and customer as myself not been aware of these changes at
all. I want customers as myself to fight for these new charges of 95.00 for register letters and for OCWEN to paid more attention to their customers as myself in responding to all are discrepancy there is on are (our) accounts.

Together we can win to resolved these problem that is affecting in one way or another to every single of us.
