One day, I was in need of a grant for school. I saw there site and it looked professional. I decided to sign up for it. So I do admit giving my credit card number, I see that they took out 1.98. A week later, my account was 69.95 short! I called and found out that they don't open on weekends, and the mailbox was full. I called Monday morning, a lady answered I asked what was going on. She explained to me and said that the free trial ended.

I understand what she was talking about, but I told her how I tried to sign in during the free trial and it wouldn't let me. They are very intelligent people. I demanded a refund. I never got the free CD I payed shipping and handling for. I am guessing there is only one person working for this company.

Every time I call to get a refund, its the same lady. I got tricked for the first time. I never again will believe another. Somebody needs to take these people down. They are talking money out of peoples account without authorization.

I filed a fraud and complaint with my bank. All they could say is "I can't do anything about it after the free trial has end." I couldn't say anything because of course they wouldn't understand. All it said was free CD 1.98, nothing about free trial. I called to cancel, the lady denied. Please help stop these scammers and put them to justice. They can't be doing this to people like us.
