Platinum Benefits Group
Ripoff

Education & Science

My story is EXACTLY like Tynia's of Maryland. I had $139.95 taken out of my account by Platinum Benefits Group even though I did not authorize them to do so.

On 09/05/06 they took the money out of my account. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them on 09/06 to have it refunded. They said they'd send a form. I FINALLY received the form (after two phone calls) on 09/18. I immediately completed the form and returned it to them on 09/19. I had to do three more phone calls and have still not received my money back.

I wish I had seen your site earlier. I would have done all this earlier. I have now contacted my bank and will proceed from there.

Their customer service people are RUDE! They always questioned and in fact specifically told me DIRECTLY THEY DO NOT REFUND.

Thank you for your site, it has been invaluable. I have forwarded your address to my bank so they can see this too!!
