Platinum benefits group ripped me off for 139.95. Happened over thanksgiving when banks were closed. Called platinum right away. They were rude and told me"no refunds!" called my bank and gave them all the information. Refered them to this site. Had my money back in 2 days. Bank called me back laughing. They said that as soon as the bank called and said the word "fraud" platinum folded. All charges were given back to me. Have filed a report with the florida state attorney general. Am contacting an attorney here. I want this company out of business.
