Ripoff / They charged my bank $129.95 for a card that didn't authorize to be obtain. Followed their procedures and protocall about cancellation and no money has been returned to me

PBG charged my account $129.95 on Dec. 21, contacted them about the situation immediately and informed them that I din't authorize the use of my information and canceled the process then on Dec 31 another charge of $129.95 was taken form account contacted them again and was advised that a refund letter would be sent to me.

I never received that letter I called back and was given the credit department address and immediately sent them a letter that only took 2-3 days, the returned a letter to me that I wasn't entitled to a refund and that the account is canceled and no credit card will be sent.

I sent 2 Emails and 2 letters advising them of intentions to seek legal help, and that I will write everyday until my money is placed back into my account and that I intend on going to the media.
