Aka pbg complete misrepresentation, fraudulent transactions, poor customer service, nightmare ripoff

I started rec. Calls from this 800# and i had no idea who it was so i called back and spoke to one of their reps. The thing that was misleading about the conversation was the stmt. "THe 129.95 will appear on your next stmt. Ok when a credit card co. Says stmt. Aren't you thinking the stmt. Which they send to you each mth.

To make a long story short I just happened to call my bank to get a detail of my latest transactions, which i advise everyone to do atleast once a week. I noticed my acct. Was 129.95 short. So I decided to go to the bank to see what the problem was and there it was Platinum Benefits group aka PBG. I did not authorize them to take any money out of my acct.in fact when the rep. Asked me for my bank acct.# I asked him why do you need it. HIs response was "we just need to have a bank ref. Anyway the bank put a stop payment on the charge and told me my money will be back in my acct. Tonite.

If you rec. A phone call from a co. That sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
