Ripoff, billed by debit card for $29.95 8/4/06 without my consent or knowledge

I received an E-mail August 2 confirming my acceptance of a 14-day Free Trial for $1.95 shipping. I never made such an acceptance as I thought I was aware of phishing scams. When I looked at my account this morning via computer, I was appalled to find a $29.95 charge from Online Supplier. Apparently, by opening this E-mail, they got my phone number. I received 2 telephone calls; 1 on 8/3/06 and 1 on 8/4/06. I said a firm no to both gentlemen and hung up on them. The next day, 8/4/06, my checking account was debited using my Visa Debit Card Number. Unfortunately, it is Saturday: I have to wait till Monday to approach my bank and the company. I am disabled, and this amount of money means alot to me. Wish me well on recovering anything.
