Online supplier, IF YOU SIGN UP CANCEL ASAP!

I was on ebay and got an offer for a $1.95 for a 14 day trial on a kit from ONLINE SUPPLIER. I never received it. I was billed about a month later $49.95. I was waiting for the kit to look over it and it never arrived. They told me they would refund $24.95 and the $1.95 for the kit, but apparently want to keep $25 I WILL WAIT AND SEE IF THEY FOLLOW THROUGH. I will file a dispute with my bank, a report with the better business beaurea in Santa Rosa county CA, file a complaint with ebay if possible and talk to the California attorney general about filing a complaint. Please do the same as these guys are just trying to prey on people that are unsuspecting as they trust ebay. Also I am going to cancel my debit card so they wont have access any more.
