Fraud and a ripoff Paid money for nothing and was refused refund

This business was setup to employ RV owners to watch over and secure private homes and businesses, to include pets and some yard care.

Home Sitters on Wheels of America Inc. Took my money. I returned their enrollment package per their request and got nothing back. They refused to return my deposit.

Mr. Gallant, CEO, advocates finding jobs for RVers following completion of an application and deposit. I completed and submitted, with payment, and the application was approved and processed. I called Mr. Gallant many times for 3 months, following my application and payment, about jobs. His response was always that it takes time to get a new applicant into the system before referrals start.in five years, he has never called me once. I have returned all his flyers and enrollment package, as he calls it, and never received a refund. Of course this was after now the 30 day refund period. Mr. Gallant also did not like my always calling him on the 1-800-214-7488 number because it cost him money, therefore, I should call long distance at my expense.

Mr. Gallant is gaming the system and taking advantage of RVers and senior citizens, through his business and advertising. I.E. "RV Highway Magazine " He has been deceiving many for years. Mr. Gallant has claimed sales in excess of $500,000 yearly, employs one person and is incorporated in the state of California, however, the business account, opened only had a bank balance of $450.00 to $470.00. A class action suit should perhaps be forth coming against Home Sitters on Wheels of America Inc.,
