Ok I had my mother order me two pipes from this company for my boyfriend... I thought they were pretty cool and he would love them for our anniversary gift. So I ordered them about a week before... Then I went to look for contact information a few days later to see how long it would be... And I couldn't find a thing. So I went to google and typed in Northwest Glass Art Phone number and came to this site and read all of these rip off reports... So my mom canceled her card but they already took the money out, and her bank found a number but it goes straight to voice mail... So we are trying to do everything to get my money back which was only $95 dollars but its my hard earned money and I want it back!!!
