Tried to cash cheque when I told them not to

I fell behind in my Can. Tire credit card payments, due to financial difficulties. MJR contacted me and demanded full payment. I told them that that was impossible, due to my low finances. Anyways, we had come to an agreement that I would write them a chq. For the amount, then post date it, while I waited for an investment to arrive. The investment still hasn;t come in. So, I left them repeated messages to not cash the chq. Until further notice. What do they do? They tried to cash it, now I have an nsf as a result. I received another call from them today (phone message). Originally, when talking to them, it was a Ms. Gallant (who by the way is very rude, arrogant and flat out in the wrong business). I told her that I could start by making $100/wk. Payments. No word of a lie, she actually laughed at me. That was very upsetting, so I refused to deal with her any longer. I then got in contact with a Joe Recino, who is far better to deal with, but still not the greatest. He was the one I told not to cash the chq. I even had the one responsible (who has my money) phone him to explain my situation, to no avail. I told Joe repeatedly to not cash the chq. I am going to contact Ca. Tire to try to deal with them only. It is very upsetting, because of this, my credit is probably in the toilet as a result. MJR needs an overhaul of what they can and cannot do and most of all, how to deal with and listen better to people. Training courses hsould be offered to them. Joe is tkaing a law course, however, he is not a lawyer. Ms. Gallant is merely an office manager (I believe)...
