Cannot get refund for damaged wheels ripoff

I ordered a set of wheels from this company on 5/29/07 put a 500.00 deposit on them and when delivered paid another 750.00. I was not home when delivered and when I opened them they were damaged. I called the company and they sent UPS out to pick up and were to send more in 5 to 7 days after not recieving them I had to call several times before getting anyone.

After talking with them several times wanting to know where the wheels were, was told it was in the computer. After a few weeks I asked for a refund. They said I would get 935.00 out of 1250.00 paid, restocking fee. Of course they got my 1250 plus the insurance money for these wheels.

To date I have not recieved a refund they said I have to talk with Jay the CEO but he is never in or just left or will call back within a hour. Sometimes I just get hung up on. When I do get to talk with someone they say it's in the computer. I want my money back.
