Ripoff - They told me I would be refunded the $139.95 and find that now they took an additional $9.95 out of my checking account

I was told on the phone, that I would receive a credit of $139.95 that was previously taken out of my checking account. I received a letter instead and was told that I would not. I just looked at my checking account and now they tooke another $9.95 from my account. I called and I am suppose to now write again and address it to Executive Account" What Gives. I just want my money!
