Ripoff charged my checking account with 139.95 without authorization still billing 9.95

I went online to apply for $300 personal loan at what I thought was an online loan company. Unbeknownst to me I had filled out something for this company, Platinum Benefit group. I printed out their membership agreement and realized this was not what it seemed. I went back online to cancel whatever info I had input but the Website on the agreement "www.platinumbenefit group.com" would not work and would not allow me to go anywhere. I sat down and wrote a letter to the company as per the membership agreement. The next thing I knew I had checks bouncing because this company had charged my account with 139.00. Someone from that company called the next day (I didn't get his name!) I even told him to cancel everything and he hung up on me.

I had to go to the bank to stop payment on the $139. I was charged for several bounced checks caused by this charge. I thought I was through with this but now they are billing me $9.95 per month. I got a letter from them with no individual's name staing that they had cancelled the Group Plan (?) but I would not get a credit.

Please help me as I am retired with a pension and they have destroyed my checking account with overdraft charges. I would like to sue them if you are planning a class-action suit. I am at my wits end and much poorer.
What is being done with all the other reports?
