Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing liars broken promises

I bought a laptop from her - and of course 11 emails of questions BEFORE I bought, and PROMPT replies, then after I paid, NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER - even when Paypal tried to contact them - they did not reply to them!

The emails they used with me are:

Donna - garcia9734@bellsouth.net and firstnamelastname@comcast.net

(this was the friend that was supposed to set it up - that gave me a fake phone number!)
Melissa - (ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)

She said her address was 1403 E Broughton St Bainbridge, GA 39817 (which I did check white pages online, and there was an address by that name listed.
