The Grants Ready Team ripoff, charge money for a subscription that I didn't authorise

I have tried to contact Success Media about the 2 charges of 19.99 that were posted to my pay pal account. I did not authorise this transaction I am asking one more time for my money to be refunded to my account within 72 hours or I will go to my local police deptartment and seek legal advice to press charges against you. I have spoken to paypal and this is what they have instructed me to do. I will also contact the federal trade commission and the BBB. This is hopefully an honest mistake on their part and I hope that they rectify this situation.

I will be expecting a response ASAP. They have sent me an email that shows me how to cancel my so-called membership but dodges the refund amount. How can they do this? Paypal cant help me because they can't find a trace of them gathering my info illegally, of course not, that would be helpful.

This company has ripped me off! Stolen my info and signed me up for some ridiculous info on how to get rich with grants. What can I do now? Any help out there?
