Fraudulent billing ripoff

For some reason on saturday morning FBK Products charged my bank account (via debit card) for this septic tank cleaning product or whatever. The funny thing about it all is not only did I not order their product, not give them my card information, or even recieve a phone call, but I call them to ask them what is going on and guess what? I got hung up on. I was not being rude or anything. I just simply said, there was a charge to my bank account this morning, I never ordered anything or had any business with you whatsoever. They just hung up.

Then I called the toll free number and they said, "I'm sorry, but customer service is closed, you are going to have to call back tomorrow after 9 am." Customer Service is closed but you are answering the phone, right.

Seeing how tomorrow was SUNDAY and I called and the answering machine says they aren't even open on Sunday, mmm, I would say they are a bunch of criminals who scam people who don't even order their product.

How they got my information? I dunno, but the fact that they will hang up on people who are trying to settle a fraud where the business could possibly not even be to blame just makes me think that they are just a bunch of idiots who sit around and make up credit card numbers and thye just happened to come across a real one every so often.

Agh. I just want my damn money back and my record cleared of any bad checks that is going to come out of this. But nooo they have to hang up on me.
