Ripoff fraudulent internet scam Mesa

I too, have been a victim of internet speedway. Like many others, I heard the ad on a radio show and called. I gave them my cc ONLY to be charged the $9.95 shipping and handling charge; at no time did I give authorization for them to bill my card. I was told to cancel within 30 days which I did. I called them to make sure I had the correct address to send it to and I sent the material back the next day as promised. I noticed the very next day a charge for $69.99 to my credit card. When I called, they informed me that it would be 6-8 weeks to process my refund which I thought was an extremely long time. I called back to see if it could be expedited but was told the same thing by another rep. After waiting 4 more weeks, I called to check the status of the refund only to be told I would not be receiving a refund! The representative was very nasty, and reluctantly gave me the "corporate" address. This is a fraud and I am willing to go to lengths to ensure these scumbag scam artists are put out of business. If anyone has done anything, particularly in Georgia, please let me know.
