I signed up for the 30 day trial period with internet speedway in September. When I received the package containing a video tape and a CD with the Official Account Activation license.

I input the CD in my computer. The CD appeared to be defective I tried to call Internet Speedways 24 hour help line and had could not get through. I went onto their web site and notified Internet Speedway that I was having a problem. No one called me back or emailed me about the problem. On that Monday I called an let a message that I wanted to return the program as it was defective.

They promised me a web site. I was unable to set one up, despite several e-mails and phone calls to their office. They did call me back to my home when I gave them my cell phone number because I work during the day. And when I returned the call I again had to leave a message and someone would call me back. When I did get to finally talk to someone I was told that I had need the Package Order number and/or the account activation license key which I did not have because it was at home and I was at work. Mike at Internet Speedway who I was talking to said to go onto the web site and cancel. I told him that my 30 days had expired yesterday and he said that was OK just go to the web site and cancel and when it responded that I was over the 30 days there would be a number that he needed to assist me in canceling. I went home and did as he said and then started the phone calls and messages again with not response.

I was charged me $ 9.95 shipping & handling.
Today, (1-9) I found another charge for $59.99 from Internet Speedway. I called my credit card company and disputed charge last month and the month before that. And was told by my credit card company that I should contact Internet Speedway about this matter because it a monthly charge or I could close my credit card account. So I called the number on my credit card statement which is 866-263-6302 Montery Financial and talked to Jasmine who told me that yes the money is paid to Montery Financial but she could not help me I needed to call Internet Speedway at 888-896-7337 which I will do tomorrow and so the calls will begin again.

I did a google search and I and found the usacomplaints.com website with previous reports on Internet Speedway. After reading what happened to all the others, I intend to report Internet Speedway and Montery Financial to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office and anyone else who might have jurisdiction over Internet Speedway.
