Ripoff fraudulent billing plus threats from Monterey Financial Services

I called a number from the radio for Internet Speedway. The CD was 9.99 and paid by credit card. Supposedly this CD was for informational purposes only, no obligation for anything else.

We didn't decide to use the CD and threw it away.
Stupidly we had signed up for another WEBSITE scam and there were legitimate charges on my credit card for those meanwhile Internet Speedway had snuck in a few of their $59.99 charges.By the time I noticed it all (I paid some of them) and ended up closing my credit card.
Out of the blue I received a call from Monterey Financial Services. When I refused to pay for a service I did not buy, the girl who's name i wrote down and her phone # said Oh no, you signed a contract and we will send this to a collection agency. She basically threatened me. I was really angry, but in the same time I didn't want my good credit ruined until I could at least track this later. So I made a remaining payment and closed my other credit card a few days later. Now I'm trying to collect what's due to me. I will never ever do this again. This company is a fraud and it's a scam and once they have your credit card they are gonna take your money.
