Lousy Security Allowed fraud to happen to us. Ripoff

This company offered service to me for my business phone. I have had my phone # slammed and vonage has done nothing to stop this illegal activity. Vonage still refuses to give my phone number back to me. This company has put me in a bad spot because I have no access to my phone nor do I have control of this persons actions while stealing my service calls and using my companies name without my permission and leaving me open to litigation.

After setting on the phone for countless hours waiting for the fraud dept. I was infomed someone had changed my account info. The rep. Transfered the account back to ring me. The very next morning my account was hacked again. Te person doing this to me was taking and doing service calls and illegaly taking my service calls. I spoke vonage rep. And was told the person who stole my number had a form stating he was the new owner of my company and vonage asked if I had something to prover otherwise, I replyed that I had the business license in my name.

I still have no control over my account or number and this person is still getting my service calls thanks to vonage helping this person rip me off. All anyone needs to do steal your number and your email address is the billing name and number and vonage will change anything the caller wants. I have been with vonage since early 04 and have been the only account holder since 04 and they refuse to do anything about it.

I am going to the courthouse in the am to get cease desist order to stop the illegal activity. Then im going to litigation against vonage and then go to the sheriffs office to get a warrant for fraud against the idiot that's doing this to me. Then go to the courthouse to release my number from vonages control.

Beware of crooked vonage cause they sure won't secure you.
