Ripoff - Accusing me of non-payment on a car loan Constant harrassing phone calls!

I got a phone call on Fri. The 5th of May accusing me of not making my April car payment. I was in my flower garden, told them I did too send it in, he said I needed to take a break from my garden and get the information I supposedly have on my supposed payment. I sent it in on April 12th and the check is back in my bank... Cashed. He pretty much called me a liar... The payment has not been made... No payment since March 13th... We need your payment now.

To make a long story short, I faxed a copy of the cancelled check to them that afternoon... Do you know they actually wanted me to send them a copy of my bank statement!!! That is my personal financial business, and none of their business! All weekend, I continued to get phone calls to contact them about my account.

Yesturday I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend everyone who has a problem with Wells Fargo Acceptance to do the same.

Saturday I got a threatening letter in the mail to pay up or they will make derogitory comments to the credit bureau's
(Trans Union, Equifax, etc.) and possible reposession of my car I've been paying on time for... For three years.

Never ever do business with them! They're jerks!!
