Wells Fargo Acceptance
Ripoff on auto loans

In may i bought a 2003 ford escape. Wells fargo has my loan.in feb i moved to austin texas. I sent a change of address to wells fargo.in feb07 i get a phone call from my exwife telling me wells fargo is leaving messages on her phone for me. I have been divorced from her for 7 years and she has nothing to do with this account. I called wells fargo they tell me i owe them 258.00 in late payments.

I ask them to explain to me how. The guy on phone starts looking at the account and he makes statement it show 85.00 and he didn't understand why 258.00 i told him if he don't understnad how i'm i to understand and ask for a copy. I never received it. I sent them 258.00 in mid feb turned around at end of month and sent my regular payment as always.

I still kept getting phone calls. I get home in mid march to find my feb payment had been sent back to me. The address was no longer good. I called them ask what was going on and they tell me the changed the address to dallas texas. All this time i had been sending my payment to pa. After a long talk they told me they were sending me the report i ask for still nothing. Again more phone calls. I ask for new payment book they told me they were sending me statements in mail guess what they still haven't.

I was also told now in april they had changed the account number that had been done in oct of 06 funny they never told me. I have made my payments each month and they are showing me 30 days late 10 times. Well if they changed the address to where the payment are to be sent without telling me how do i know. Plus the account number change.

I'm getting very tired of the phone calls. I want my report explaining to me what is going on but as i said still nothing. I'm in the aviation business and this is the worst loan company i have even had to deal with. Their people are very rude.

This company has ripped me off 258.00 in which should show as i'm that amount ahead but they tell me that was a half payment for being behind. Without this notice from them they are stealing money from me and others. Its time for wells fargo to be put under investigation for harnessing customers and taking money. Under the fair credit collections act 15U.S.C. S section 1692 they are in fault of all auto loans and personal.
