Ripoff

I recieved a phone call the beginning part of january of this year. They were selling a family fun pass for $4.95. A few days later they took $4.95 / $4.95 / $129.90 out of my account. I had my bank dispute these transactions but have not heard anything from them yet. I called the company and they said they would refund the money and even give me confirmation numbers. They said i would recieve a check in about 8 wks. I still haven't heard anything. I have now called them again to check and the phone numbers have been changed.
