Ripoff, I Jumped through hoops to get him what he needed "ASAP" Now he will not pay any invoices

Omnitherm, Inc. Called us in a dire situation to have some material printed as soon as possible. He was almost frantic and we jumped through hoops to help him.

After repeated calls to the company, we have yet been able to get paid for any of our hard work. I was also told the check would be in the mail the following day. Never received it.

I have sent via fax correspondence of price quotes, etc... Asking him to please call if I could supply any other documentation. I never received a call.

Our general lead time for purchase orders are 2 to 3 weeks. We were able to to get his project on and out the door in a metter of 3 to 4 days.

Finally, this man has been utterly rude to myself and this company. All we are asking is for him to pay what is owed to us. That should be how America works, right?
