BAC Work out/home fire

I have been dealing with BAC going on almost 2 years for a loan mod. I have done everything these people have asked. Jumped through each hoop. On 6/4 I had a home fire which almost took me out of the running for this loan mod, but they were kind enough to make an exception (ha if only they would have approved it by now this would not be an issue.) I have now reached a point to contacting the presidents office and have an advocate, this has not done me any good either, they just call me every week to tell me it is still with the under writers which it has been for months.
Now not only do I get to see if I get my modification, BAC now hold the money for my construction of my home from the fire in their Property Claims Dept. So now I am jumping though hoops with them to get my money to fix my home. Each time they send a check after anymore money is sent they need to send an inspector out to "check" that work is being done, the inspector then sends paper work in, BAC will then send a check regular mail from CA. If I am lucky the work will be done early 2012 with the hoops this dept makes you jump through too.
